I consecrate and entrust to the secure refuge of your Immaculate Heart my heart and soul, mind and body, all I am, all I have, all I think, say, do and experience in life.

Through you, with you, in you, by you, and for you, O Immaculate Conception, I hope and pray that each and every moment of my life may be gathered into the open Chalice of your Immaculate Heart and offered to God, united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world for the triumph of your Immaculate Heart; the glorious reign of Emmanuel; the Sacred and Eucharistic Heart of Jesus.

I deliver and consecrate to thee, as thy slave, my body and soul, my goods, both interior and exterior, and even the value of all my good actions, past, present and future; leaving to thee the entire and full right of disposing of me, and all that belongs to me, without exception, according to thy good pleasure, for the greater glory of God, in time and in eternity.
